Mata Rani Automobile acts as a facilitator and assistance provider connecting customers with banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies. We are not a bank or lending institution, and we do not guarantee loan approval, sanctioned amount, or interest rate — final decisions rest solely with the respective finance partner.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, complete information. Submitting false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application and termination of services.
Any service or processing fee applicable to your enquiry will be disclosed to you in advance, before you are asked to make a payment. Fees charged by finance partners (processing fees, insurance premiums, RTO government charges) are separate and are determined by the respective partner or authority.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit fraudulent applications. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone found to be misusing the platform.
Mata Rani Automobile shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from the decisions or actions of third-party finance partners, insurers, or government authorities, including RTOs.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gaya, Bihar having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
